Terms of Service

1. GENERALI only accept payments via PayPal invoice in USD. All payments are upfront. Your slot will not be filled until payment is received.It is possible for you to have multiple orders at once, but please be considerate towards others when it comes to slot space.I don't draw complicated background.I will not draw in another artist’s style*All commissions are done digitally.You will receive a .png or .jpg file. Please clarify if you would like to receive the file in a different format.Descriptions alone are not accepted. At the very least, include a reference image of a similar character and/or clothes, pose.Drawing prompts are discouraged, please be specific and descriptive.I can decline any proposed commission without reason.

2. EXTRA COSTS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDSa. Extra CostsExtra costs will apply if the commission has...Complex design/ornate detailingExtra character(s).
(50% upcharge of the original price for each of extra character)b. Cancellation & RefundsYou may cancel your commission for any reason within 48 hours after paying the invoice.You are entitled to a 65% partial refund if the commission is in sketch phase, 40% partial refund if the commission is already in line work or coloring phase.Refunds would not be accepted if the commission has been finished.

3. RIGHTSBy default, all commissions are for personal/non-commercial use. Below are your rights to the commissioned artwork.You may re-upload your commission on any website(s) and/or online gallery as long as you link back/credit me as the artist.You can give your commissioned artwork to anyone but you cannot sell it to them.You may use the artwork for non-commercial use (e.g. icons, header, twitch overlay, etc.).a. DistributionYou may not use the artwork for commercial use without my authorization. Commercial use includes prints for sale, merchandise, advertisements, and/or commercial game/album cover. If you would like to use your commissioned artwork for commercial use, please contact me and we can work on a quote.b. AlterationsYou are not allowed to edit, trace, or alter the commission. As mentioned above, cropping the image for a banner or an icon is okay.Do not remove my signature (if there is any) under any circumstances.
